The company was founded in 1997 by Reed Hastings and Marc Randolph in Scotts Valley, California. Netflix is a subscription-based streaming service which offers online streaming of a library of films and television programs, including their own "Netflix Original" content.
Netflix had previously streamed Chuggington on their platform before it was pulled in 2019.
Chuggington is available on Netflix in Japan.
